SHIPPING & PAYMENT

1. Advance Payment :

Upon processing and verification of your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email with our bank information and all of the details required for the transfer. Once the payment has been received, the order will be shipped. Please note that due to bank processing times, it may take up to 3 business days to complete the transfer of the amount onto our account. For very urgent orders we do not recommend the advance payment method because of the time required for the bank to process the transfer. The advance payment method is not available for orders shipping via express delivery. Please note that we will automatically cancel the order after a period of 10 days of non-payment.

An advance payment, or simply an advance, is the part of a contractually due sum that is paid or received in advance for goods or services, while the balance included in the invoice will only follow the delivery.

2. PayPal :

After processing your order you will be redirected to your PayPal account. You will then grant us permission to debit the amount to be paid for the order. Only shortly before shipping of the ordered items, will the invoice amount actually be debited from your PayPal account. PayPal reserves the right to subsequently propose alternative payment methods in the case of very large sums or if the PayPal credit limit has been exceeded. 3. Credit Card :

The total amount payable of your order will initially only be reserved on your credit card. Once the order has been shipped will the amount actually be debited from your account – so that in the event that an item is not actually available, no credit card will be unnecessarily charged.

 

4. Wire Transfer :

You will find our banking details when finishing the order as well as by email on the order confirmation. You will be able to perform the transfer at your bank. As soon as we received your payment, the order will be shipped. Before selecting bank transfer as your payment method, please be aware that your bank will charge you an international transfer fee, therefore increasing the overall cost of your order. Once your payment is received, we will dispatch your goods. The processing of off-line payments may take several days.

Can You Provide Me With a Tracking Number ?

Yes. We provide you with an International tracking number.

How Much Will it Cost to Ship to Me ?

FREE International Shipping Rate on all orders. Items are dispatched from Japan and will arrive in 21 business days.

Does the shipping I pay you include any customs, duties, or tax fees ?

No. Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in your shipping fee paid to us. You will need to pay any customs, duties or tax fees to your local delivery person after your packages is processed by customs.Our shop is unable to determine what your country may charge you for these fees. We suggest that customers contact their local postal carrier or customs department for further information on duties, taxes, or custom fees for their country.

Warranty Issues

Please contact Our Shop Customer Service with any concerns regarding defective products so that our team can assist you with finding a resolution through the proper channels.

Damaged Package Claims

If you have received your order, and your package was damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your package. Customers with damaged packages can file a claim directly with us. Please complete our Damaged Package Claim Form and mail or fax it to us for review. Please keep all packaging (box, packing paper, etc.) for verification purposes. We will most likely request the damaged product(s) be shipped back to us for verification.

Lost Package Claim

If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us. All packages shipped by our shop are insured for 100% of the package’s value. If your package is in fact lost, we will either replace the package, credit your account for the full amount, or offer you a refund for the full amount of the order.
